Payment is processed confidentially and securely via PayPal either using your PayPal account or by credit card after placing your order on the Crianz website. Please note that our prices are set in Turkish lira. We show the approximate US dollar equivalent for your convenience: PayPal will show you the precise amount when you pay.
Postage and packaging charges depend on the size and weight of the order. The final price you will pay for delivery of your order is displayed in your shopping cart, before you proceed to checkout.
When you add more than one item to a single order, the shipping charge is calculated on the combined weight and size, resulting in lower shipping charges per item. A single order will be packaged and shipped together at the same time.
If you wish to send different pieces to different addresses, please purchase each item as separate orders for which shipping charges will be calculated separately.
Shipping Time – Standard Orders
All orders to addresses in Turkey are shipped with Yurtici Kargo, a package delivery company. Orders will be packaged and shipped within 2-3 days. Please allow a further 2-3 days for delivery within Turkey.
All international orders ship with registered post via the Turkish Postal Service (PTT).
Orders will be packaged and shipped within 2-3 days. Average delivery time varies by country: please allow 14-21 days for deliveries to the US, 7-14 days to Europe and the UK, 12-16 days to Australia, 12-20 days to Canada, Japan and China.
Occasionally, deliveries may take longer because of factors out of our control, such as your local postal service, customs or around public holidays. We can accept no responsibility in these cases.

You will be supplied with a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you will know where your package is and the estimated delivery time.
Shipping Time – Custom Orders
Customized orders are made, finished and ready to ship in 3-4 weeks. The estimated preparation time for custom orders is listed on the product description page. Because of the nature of handmade products, sometimes unexpected problems occur during firing. If the production will take more time than expected, we will inform you immediately.
If your order is shipping internationally, you may be subject to customs charges and duty taxes which are imposed by your country and collected by the shipping carrier. You are responsible for any taxes or customs fees that your country may charge you, and we are not able to assist you with this.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you happy with your ceramics. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of package. Any returns or order cancellations must be authorized first by contacting us to reach a solution, which could include resending the item again, replacing it with another item or providing you with a refund.
Because customized and personalized items are made just for you, they are not refundable.
Any items returned to us must be in their original packaging, condition and unused.
Because all our products are fragile, please pack the items carefully in the same manner in which they were sent. If the product is damaged upon return because it is not well packed, we would be unable to substitute your purchase.
Packaging and postage costs are not refundable. The return shipping price is your responsibility. We cannot refund postage for unclaimed or undeliverable packages.
No payment or credit card details are recorded by us. Names, e-mails, postal addresses and any similar information supplied by you through use of this site will be kept strictly confidential. This information is stored for internal record keeping. We may occasionally send promotional emails about new products, special offers and other information that we think you may find useful, using the email address which you have provided. We will never pass your details on to any third parties.
